COMPORTAMIENTO DE CEPAS NATIVAS DE RIZOBIOS AISLADAS DE LA COSTA DEL PERÚ EN DOS CULTIVARES DE PALLAR (Phaseolus lunatus L.)

Resumen
Se evaluó la eficiencia en la infectividad y efectividad de
cepas de Rhizobium sp. PLC111, PLC213, PLB112b y PLA142a y de Bradyrhizobium
sp. PLL113 y PLB211b a nivel de laboratorio e invernadero en dos variedades de
pallar Criollo Iqueño e Ica 450. A nivel de invernadero, el peso seco de la
parte aérea (PSPA) fue significativamente mejor en los tratamientos inoculados
que en los controles. Respecto a la nodulación, se encontraron diferentes
grados de infectividad, dependiendo del cultivar y de las cepas. Finalmente, las
cepas PLL113 de Bradyrhizobium y PLC213 de Rhizobium presentaron
un mejor comportamiento tanto a nivel de laboratorio como en invernadero.

Abstract
The efficiency in the infectivity and the effectiveness of Rhizobium sp PLC111, PLC213, PLB112b and PLA142a strains and Bradyrhizobium sp. PLL113 y PLB211b strains at laboratory and greenhouse conditions in two Lima bean varieties (Criollo Iqueño and Ica 450) were evaluated. Under greenhouse conditions, the dry weight of the aerial part was found remarkably better in the inoculated treatments than in the controls. Regarding nodulation; different grades of infectivity depended on the Lima bean varieties and strains. Finally, PLL113 of Bradyrhizobium and PLC213 of Rhizobium strains had a better behaviour under laboratory and under greenhouse conditions.
